When purchasing the home we had a home inspector review the specifications and physically inspect the home. The inspectors report indicted extremely minimal touch-up items and said the construction of our home was in the top 1 percent of all new homes that he had reviewed. We were searching for a new home in Mountain Lakes NJ when we came across the new construction home nearing completion by The Fornara Group. We could not have asked for a better home: meticulously designed, with great attention to detail, the quality of each house component is top notch. We fell in love with the house from at 1st sight and its exceptional quality. We have now been living in our house for almost the year. I can proudly say, our home is reliable and well done. I love my house: stunning kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, very practical and well thought plan.

We could not be happier with the whole buying process. John and his team were extremely helpful from the beginning through to closing. Being inexperienced buyers, we needed it. Post closure The Fornara group did further construction in our house, finishing the basement for us. I commend them for their professionalism, great advice and keeping us updated on the progress. In our journey of searching for a new construction home in most desired locations of NJ we could not get luckier than meeting John and his team. When we saw the house in Mountain Lakes and spoke with John for the first time we knew it was it. John made all the alterations we requested and it was very easy to work with him.

We absolutely love the house! The floors plan, build quality, design, finishes... everything is excellent. The best thing is that John stays around after the completion of the project and helps us with our questions and needs. He is very professional, friendly and easy to work with. We'll definitely use him again for our future projects.
